Fine Art is delighted to present a public weekly programme of research lectures and seminars from some of the most interesting and original artists, critics, curators, historians and Art professionals working today. maybe success can't be measured by the artists themselves. If they are either deceiving themselves or being deceived by the romanticized portrayal of the arts. As the reality is that 80% of artists earn below what you would get on benefits then does that mean 80% of artists are not successful.
The idea that making money and retaining integrity are mutually exclusive is unique to the arts. This suits the art industry very well and as long as artists foster this attitude the joke is on them.
